BA has got to have one of the worst economy class cabins in the world. The legroom is so tight and the cabin so cramped that I felt so claustrophobic. The BA crew is definately one of the biggest problems they have. I dont think it has anything to do with India as I have found bad crew on a Lond...on-Toronto flight. They are so obnoxious and arrogant that once in-between services I went into the galley to purchase some duty free only to be told to come back later as they were busy. Some nerve they have to tell me that when I can see all of them sprawling on their chairs and stuffing chocolates down their throat while the rest of us starve thanks to the somalian rations they dump on us as part of their charity. I think BA needs to realize that they are transporting paying passengers on-board and not colonial slaves.Read More

I recently flew Alitalia from Milan to Delhi and I can tell you it was not much better. Food was awful although they did have vegatarian but the crew could not find the time in over three hours to sell me some duty free I wanted to purchase. No wonder they are nearly going bankrupt.

Thanks so much guys. I thought everyone would be screaming because it seems most people have liked this movie. I so agree about these cross-over NRI movies. Their attitude towards native Indians stink. I suppose they just can not handle the fact that Indians today are proud of who they are unlike... them who have always been trying to fit in and ape the whites.Read More

Well, as mentioned in my review, I have made it clear that my opinion was based on this one experience only. From the other reviews I have read it is apparent that the level of service is inconsistent which I have mentioned in the cons section. I have flown British Airways about three times in the s...pan of one year and have found the level of service varying from mediocre to abbhorent. The seating comfort was also very poor, and you must agree that this is one aspect that does have some degree of consistency. In any-case thank you for your feedback.Read More
