I have the similar experience, However Manager is Good and Abad Hotels are also good, but Tour Planing is very bad by Vile Parla Mumbai Office. We are only Two family, is this they called Heena Tours and Travells, We are feeling like we are for family tour not in any good tour and its out mist...ake only to Trust this tour with blind eye.. I agree, i also do not suggest Heena Tour. Atleast dont choose this for Kerala

Yes, this is very True... Vile Parle Office is worse... Everyone is just busy in video game and all even not reply properly when we are on tour and we have some complain right now i am on tour only, strugling since 3 days to contact the owner ....
