thats right. my uncle bought the linea and the same issue arised. only 4 alloys amd the spare is a steel rim. he contacted fiat regarding this. the answer he got was the same. the spare wheel is to be replaced once the regular one is fixed. he was though ready to buy the fifth alloy for INR 2500/- F...iat advised him not to go for the fifth alloy as the alloy can not be locked in the boot and will result to bumping noises which will cause a nuisance.Read More

Did you check the alternator belt? If not get it checked and do the required setting or replace it. If the belt is perfect may be you’ll have to change the nuts and bolts that hold the alternator in its place. The alternator might tend to move from its place if these are loose. This may affect i...ts performance. No expert. But may be its that small a problem that has not been checked...
