When my Ford car was stolen (dealer Bhagat Ford Chandigarh), Chennai head office says, lodge a complaint with police and file a claim.

I am a two year old child who has to be told this!
Bhagat Ford is SHAM! Chennai headoffice is no less.

Another stuff I have to let you know about executives staying or visiting Chandigarh, is that most business establishments have several gatherings of executives etc. making groups around chaiwallas, mathhiwallas, paranthaiwallas. They eat, keeping away ties from getting into achar, and send off whi...ffs of sulfur-rotten egg smells, from the belches (dakars!!!!!!) that are emitted. And (I wont spoil your mood) they fart maximum and spend time enjoying their time. God, when will north Indians (particularly Punjabis learn mannerisms and etiquettes.

I did not tell you that that Mount View is in sector 10. Hot millions is best known for SALAD BAR.
Another good restaurant is Gazal, sector 17, above average food, lot of punjabi pot-bellied men and women shout to their best. So get your beer and enjoy. Sometimes, kitties with oldy women are sittin...g, and playing to my horror, Tambola, saying pair of ducks-22. Then just leave; they wud never be quite and give you run for your money.

I am Deb and frequently visit Chandigarh.
I could not agree more that Taj food quality IS very pathetic.
I happened to be there and got the worst experience, particularly waiters' attitude to Indians. It was in last week of April 2008, International Cricket matches were going on at Mohali.
When I... went for a lunch at Taj, no waiter would even care to look at me. They were giving sweet smiles, bowing their heads to foreigners, and running at fast pace toward the tables occupied by them.
I had to go to the reception, to let these waiers know, and make myself visible. Oh God! Indians hate Indians most, best exemplified by Taj service.
I ordered mutton gravy. The waiters did not turn back for another half an hour. My patience gave way. It took 1 and a half hour till one of the worst foods was ever served. No taste, no flavors, only red chillies seem to be dissolved in mucky waters!
Better place to visit is Mountview (5 star CITCO) hotel. Excellent service, cheeper and yum food.
Let me tell you guys that Taj, after 2-3 years still could not receive a 5 star status. I pray it should not get 5 star status, atleast only 2 star, 3 star at the worst.
Hot millions sald bar is good.
Another good restaurant is Moti Mahal of Sector 26, Madhya Marg.
If you are beer lover, just rush for Blue ice, and good food. Plus sec 17 is great for great crowds, the best in India.

I am writing a comment myself, as it seems, surprisingly to me that such an important matter as decoding Ford Fiesta engines and their thefts seems to be insignificant to customers and others. maybe Indian are very rich, they do not mind getting their cars stolen.
All these cars are Ford Fiesta TD...CI 1.4 ZXI diesel cars.
Guys, do not buy these as their engine sensors have been decoded in Chandigarh, and keys have been duplicated. Even the car service mechanics (Chandigarh) can remove the gearbox in seconds during servicing, so even if there is gear lock that can be made nonfunctional very easily.
