I had the same experience. They promised delivery on 3 rd and yet they had not delivered even by 4 th. What is even more strange is that they decided to modify the order and reduce the total value and credit the remaining to the wallet. The call centre's explanation is that someone will call bac...k, but not a soul called back. considering the fact that the money is being credited to the wallet and is made available to them, they are indulging in some kind of shady activity. The fact that they have not got back to me even after two calls clearly shows that this they are deliberately cheating. My experience with big basket has been negative and I am serious about the fact that they should not be allowed to operate and cheat their customers. We should get together and fight this kind of shady activity.Read More

everyone i met told me the same thing. The purchasers i met are not at all happy. One of the purchasers showed me his house and clearly showed me each and every aspect of their workmanship. The floor was so uneven...I will never recommend this builder based on my first hand observations. One purchas...er also told me that they are pretty rude. I have decided not to go ahead with the purchase and so I dont know about the rudeness part. However I wish you all the best in case you decide to go ahead with the purchase.Read More
