Its a belief that foreigners hates indians and considers us nothing but snake charmers. To be honest, i think its a myth! After being into international service industry first with the world's largest bank and then with the first ever mobile service provider and interacting with locals abroad.. I have managed to know reality! Its politicians ofcourse who are propagating that their citizen are not happy with customer services being out sourced to india but people out there will prefer talking to an indian rather then an american or australian coz they say we have the height of patience and we understand what they are talking about. What i dont understand is, if we are this good to others why are we so poor at the best thing we do to our own people? The level of interaction and customer service is so poor here!
