Almost 2 months after the above post found its way to FB, our William Morris High Back chair got fixed. I would like to specially thank Mr.Souvik, the Staples Marthahalli store Manager for taking proactive steps towards addressing the problem. Even though 2 months ( plus an additional one month beca...use that's when we first contacted the store ) is a long time to address a product defect , I am ready to let all of it go because of the Mr.Souvik's responsiveness - he always attended our calls and kept us posted with the progress. We'd also like to thank Mr.Mahesh who came for inspection and chair fixing.At least as long as Mr.Souvik heads the store, I could shop with trust .Thanks !Read More
