No, the issue is not resolved. I wanted my money back so that I could order the same from somewhere else, as pepperfry was not able to fulfill the order properly. I did not want any pepper points. Pepperfry did not agree to give money back. They never give money back.

No commitment, worst service, phone doesn't work, slowest deliver. Once your order or delivery gets stuck you will have a nightmare getting it resolved. Here's an example: Me (22 Apr): order 3098831 is not moving. payment was done on 17th April. can you please update. 3:17pm ShopClues:... We are checking this unexpected delay in response to the order delivery. You will be soon updated via mail. Me (27 Apr): Order 3098831, 10 days past still under processing. Not a reliable seller. ShopClues: You will be updated soon. Me (28 Apr): On Monday you said the same. If 'soon means weeks of waiting' please cancel the order. I noticed this many times and complained also, that there is a factor of uncertainty with some of the orders and customer has to waste a lot of time in pursuing such matters. Shoplcues should ensure some time limit or action against delays automatically rather than customer following up. Me (29 Apr): 3rd reminder for order 3098831 ShopClues: Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Your order has been shipped via First Flight courier service. The product is in transit and the tracking must have been shared to you via mail. Me (1 May): The item (order no. 3098831) has come to this location with a tag 'To pay 129/-'. The courier person is asking this amount for delivery. This is surprising as I made more than 50 purchases at shopclues, and this is the first time a hidden charge is being asked for delivery. Shopclues is largest mismanaged shopping site. 1) So called largest with only one customer support line which is always busy or no one picks up. 2) May times orders get stuck at processing stage, shipping stage or never gets shipped. 3) After many complaints and many days someone writes "w...e will get back to you" 4) I ordered a cell phone which never reached me. The courier person was asking for some money, shopclues person says it cannot happen. Finally they both fought and the shipment went back. Money is stuck, time is wasted and uncertainty makes you furious. Verdict: Shop at your own risk due to unreliable support, unreliable courier, hidden cost, customer care number wont work.Read More

Mine also stuck the same way.. about 777/-. I also didn't accept the shipment and it has been 15 days since Shopclues received it back. Today again I wrote to them and waiting for their reply.
