Friends lets share the update: ( PLEASE READ) 1st I have seen the same product in their site ( with higher value) and through online chat asked whether its in Stock or not. the answer is YES. then I asked about my order placed 18 days back. the answer is = Couriered. Asked for the AWB number : told ...will update in 48 hours.. then the chat transferred to another person...she told that product is not available again. ( means as the price gone up they are just avoiding this shipment). not they have offered me alternative product which is less in present value of the product I have ordered. I have no other choice but to accept it..cos i have paid the money now I am at their mercy..at last I have asked for whether there is any compensation ...the answer is NO. this is how they take order and block your money ...later will push you for other product where ...I will post again if i get / wont get the product....Read More

I have ordered a Mixer Online (Order Number: 5027833956)on 29th May and they have given me a call after 1 day telling it will be shipped out in 2-3 days. after that as i did not received the item i mailed. they are telling its not in their warehouse so their merchandise team i...s working on it. its almost 14 days over still they are telling the same story and telling me they are open if i would cancel the order. really bad practice. We can not change the organisation pattern and practice. All we could do : spreading message about that organisation so that other people wont became their victim.Read More
