I have had refunds as small as Rs.35/= also and gifts delivered late but surely( due to my wrong address) from Ebay. Just call them on their toll free no. and they reply. What kind of problem did you have? They give back the courier charges also if you email the receipt.

Dear Mudit, I got the item today finally after raking up this issue on this FORUM. Wish you had been equally responsive to my email. DB marketing gave me the wrong no to track firstly, and even today morning the SMS from Tradus gave me a wrong tracking no. it said O99629888 when I checked the packe...t today evening it was 099629888. Sorry boss! you have lots of loose ends to tie up. Got the phone- its a new one- brand new seal pack so no complaints on that but hopefully you'll improve your logistics and the means & abilities a consumer can contact you/ Tradus with or without MOUTHSHUT.COM.
