I donno how many of you have seen the movies Signs… I saw it ages back myself, but it made quite an impact on me. I was specially moved by how a priest (Mel Gibson), lost his faith, coz he couldn’t come to terms with his son's asthma, and his wife died in a terrible road accident, and his brother could not make it to the baseball team, despite being good. I still remember rhe dialogue, "there are two kinds of people: those who see signs, miracles, and those who see coincidences. Which kind are you?" In the end, after being attacked by aliens, his son has another asthma attack at the same moment the alien sprays gas into the boy's face, who soon recovers, his asthma attack having prevented him from inhaling the alien gas.

Bottom line is, it made my heart glad, the message which said that there's a reason behind anything bad. Its helped me tide over many a rough moments… but today I cant think of what this carnage is a reason to…. Will someone please tell me?
