This is a very special request onbehalf of myself and if other ms members endorses

a straight request to Railway minister of india,shri lallu prasad to honour,grace,chair,and preside,speak and not taunt,for upcoming seminar organised by not so well organsied writers association of MOUTHSHT COM.
MY QUESTION TO THE MEMBERS IF IT IS RIGHT.
1 The time has come to surrender the chair of MS writers assoicationship to shri lalluprasad,the main benifit is in many ways.
2 If we kindly request the minister,sure will be there lot of FREE PASSES TO TRAVEL ANYWHERE IN INDIA,IN FIRSTCLASS,AC INCLUDED,PASSENGER TRAIN PASS IS EXCLUDED.
3 GAIN will be in english,i am sure i can compete well with shri lallu on spelling to grammatical miss take,or miss took,miss token,and also missing sentneces into many type of sentences,this is dif to explain,hence i refrain or else mymouth will be shut.
4 Today we need laughing stage,when shri lallu prasad sits,chairs and preside and also read the agenda,time will last forever,all will be awaiting to listen,hear the wonderful english that shri lallu speak which has got award to be heard even by elite indian institute of manners and indian institute of english mistake academy,presently in dummy form.
5 Most imp,listening to shri lallu prasads english vehementally,one will gain lot of mental power,the way english is pronounced,especially MY DEAR FREIND,MY DEAR,THIS
is really a kind of TRADEMARK only he can use,i am banned to use,since if i use my dear freind,no one listen .
6 SINCE this including shri lalluprasad as honourable member of ms,and also to make him

8 date of seminar on ms,is expected at least in few years,and if urge is done,it wont take much time to vibe here.
9 DOS AND DONTS WHEN SHRI LALLUPRASAD PRESIDE.
A) MARSHAL of ms,will singnal when to laugh ,when to clap,when to keep quiet and when to sleep during the chiairman sitting on the chair,since the presiding will be for at least from 8 am to 8 pm,sufficient sleep ,snore is allowed and also sleeping mat can be spread at the passage of rows where the members sit.
10 LUNCH AND dinner will be served directly at the place ms members sit,we are told shri lallu dont like anyone to go for away to eat,he lieks one to eat sitting and also can sleep.
LASTLY MY OPINION.
i feel honestly today world is filled with only worries,no one laughs enough,suppose u read a joke later it is full of serious episode,some write tear jerking posts,and not enough kerchief are enough,but if shri lallu prasad is there,whole day is filled with ROARING LAUGH ,ROARING SNORE,ROARING SMILES,ROARING SLEEP ALSO,
OUR railway minister is made to order with regarding to laugh heartily,he is so much sought all over the world,HE SPEAK english so seriously,u cant make out whehter it is
HINDI OR ENGLISH,SUCH IS THE BRILLIANCE EVEN OUR RESPECTABLE
INDIAN INSTITUE PRESIDING OFFICER,LECTURES AWE STRUCK WHEN HE TALKS,THE CANT CLOSE THEIR MOUTH,ONLY PHYSICAL FORCE CAN STOP THEIR AWESTRUCK MOUTH,
