The hands which rock the cradle are the hands which make a destiny of a Nation too. They are the hands of the Woman, The Mother, The Creator, The Diva and of Course the hands of God .She is the one who builds up a generation and give birth to Humanity. As she plays all the roles with ease, she adds on her inborn care and concern to all of them.

Today is the Day of Three Gems of Women. The one who made History and created a future which always be inscribed in the records of India.
~The First being Rani Laxmibai who was born on 19th of November and will always be known as the most valiant woman who ever existed. For me she is epitome of Bravery!

~The Second being Indira Gandhi who was again born on 19th November and probably the only Leader in true sense. For me she is the epitome of Courage and Belief!

~The Third being Sushmita Sen. The symbol of the womanhood and beauty , telling me that what it takes to be a Beauty queen in true sense. For me she is the epitome of Self-Confidence and Humanity!

Five years back I chose this special day to commence my journey on Mouthshut. Being the day of Women of substance,this day I decided that I will give a voice to my thoughts and issues which always needed to be spoken about.
The earlier effort was naturally a disaster but thanks to my old pals Premjit, Lava, Rjois, Cousin2, I did not get discouraged. The site held a lot of importance for me coz for the first time in my Life I was speaking out my mind. I could see some great Legends who could write like magic and I felt truly inspired!
Few writings down the row I even started getting the clues of writing. And soon it took on! Then with a kid in tow I took a brief sabbatical for about eighteen months and can say recharged myself.

This January when I Logged back Mouthshut was not the same. It looked like a conversion from Black & White Movie to Eastman color. I got hooked again and most of all loved the Diary Feature.
I was pleasantly surprised! Again a Woman’s Day was chosen for me to bestow the honor of Star Writer (Smiles)!
Not to forget the fact that this time the journey was more satisfying and completing. A whole new bunch of friends (some really special ones) got added to my life Forever!

Today on this day I again feel a lot of Pride on being a Woman, a Creator and a Mother and now I find a renewed confidence of being a writer ( a very small one though)! Somehow I owe this to this site Mouthshut.Com which gave a voice to my Ramblings! A way of letting out whatever I wanted to say. The time I spent here and the writings I have so scribbled are my precious gems which I will always treasure! Many more to Come….
