Excess Fare

I have used Meru cab services in Bombay and Hyderbad and also in Bangalore at least four times during last three weeks mostly during the day time. On 3rd of July, I had to leave to Delhi which was scheduled to leave at 7.00 Am I had asked the driver MR. LOKESH ID NO 50003 [ his mobile number is 9980633094,] to pick me up by 5.30 AM. While settling the bill at the airport he mentioned to me that I had to pay one and half times the meter charges since it is early hours. I also asked him it was not the case earlier and that why the meter reading has not be recalibrated he said it has been effective from 1st of July 2008. The bill amount to Airport on 3rd July was 460/= as per the print out and he had added Rs 230/- and I have paid him RS.690/= .On my way back this morning 8th of July, while traveling in your cab, out of curiosity I enquired the driver if the one and half charges are in force, he said that it has not still come into force. Could you please bestow your personal attention to this aspect and In the meantime refund the amount of Rs. 230/= by way of cheque and send it to my address ; In fact many reputed service companies refund the entire amount due to such misleaig informtion by thier staff memners .
