That is exactly how I feel everytime a consumer is disregarded and / or unheard. Its hard earned money that goes into buying staple or luxe products. Where do they get the right to snap the umbilical cord? Where is the concept of repeat business?

Consumer may not be king but she or he is not a hapless spectator too...
