Modi has sent request to the govt at the centre to sanction ANTI-TERROR law for Gujarat too. This is based on the same lines of MOCA prevailing in Maharashtra. The centre is biding its time to give its formal approval.
However one CAVEAT the central govt should ensure is that the misuse of the terror laws should be avoided. Let us hope there is no politicising on this issue for general interest.
