Braille Enabled visiting cards

Posted on May 26, 2008 under General

When one first heard of Braille enabled visiting cards, one was wowed! What an innovative idea! The service was very prompt and professional. I am not sure if they are the only people offering this service in India, but they are definitely the cheapest (at Re. 1 per card, it can't get much cheaper) and the most professional.
Each card is done by hand, giving it the exclusiveness earlier reserved for caligraphed cards. What I got to know later, and jumped out of my seat on hearing, was that these cards are Braille enabled by a visually disabled person. How neat is that! Only thing is, one does not always remember to send a fresh set of cards for braille enabling. Wish they would create an option where we can register for a reminder service or something.
The follow up after the order was good, people called up to ask if we were satisfied with the service and that we needn't pay if we were not. If they had come back and asked me 6 months later if i want to reorder a bunch, it would have given them another order.
