have been to A-4 bus from Ghatkopar to flora fountain. I found Air condition system of the bus was not working so i ask conductor to give me Ticket of Non-A/c bus fare.But rude conductor told me to get down.
 It is not fault of conductor but I do not know why Most of the time Air conditions of BEST buses are not working or working very slow almost no effect.why BEST authority is not taking any actions to make sure all A/cs are functioning properly.if they are not capable of doing that then why don't they stop A/c Bus service.so a common man can't be cheated.
 If in Mumbai's(Financial capital of india) Govt buses has this condition than what to say about any State Transport cooperation.
