Monday Blues
Why is it that Mondays are always the worst days of the week. It obviously has something to do with the fact that we feel the burden of the full week in front of us, and getting through the same looks like a daunting task. There are even statistics to prove this. American studies have shown that the maximum number of heart attacks take place between 9AM to 11AM on Monday mornings. And many among these are fatal. Such is the extent of Monday Blues.
So what can we do to lessen this burden. How do we get over this time. Suggestions are welcome as I too am feeling kinda blue right now…
