Now having good relation with mouthshut team, you have moved my review from product page to employee page.
Well done guys for doing this trick, at least few people will notice here.
With reference to your reply “we would always like to have good quality people on the floor, however, lack... of performance/discipline/integrity sometimes force us to take some extreme steps resulting into termination”
Can you give me the simple answer to my query?
Guys like Sumant, Nitin Raj, Kirti Raj, Gaurav sethi, Kamlesh,Lokesh, Monica, Pooja Anand left the organization for the above reasons? All of them were worked with AM or above
Can you explain why more than 50 peoples were asked to leave for the above reasons??
Yebhi doesn’t have any fair evaluation sheet nor have any skip level activate to judge the performance of employees along with Managers.
How many warning letters issued against the non performers?? I think very few
Does the employee are fully responsible for non performance or do the managers, HR who recruits them have any responsibilities??
More than 50 agent level employees were asked to leave and this trend still continues with Yebhi without having any logical proof against them.
I hope Yebhi will grow as an organization but I am afraid due to the culprits mentioned in my review, Yebhi will soon become the part of Case history in Management Schools

Today I want to share my experience as an employee of yebhi.com and reasons for the downfall of Yebhi.com in e commerce Industry. They treated their employees very badly and even not sure when they asked to pack your bag. They asked their employees to write good reviews on mouthshut.com.
