I fully agree. I have a pathetic experience with payback. they are just in hurry to make publicity in Television, Newspaper and everywhere but nothing is working well. I have 3 times shopping in last 2 weeks, but none of the points are loaded on payback card and neither customer care is willing to a...ddress this on priority basis. Also, they have put some partners like Pantaloons, who actually dont have tie up with Payback. When spoke to Payback they are just giving excuse that pantaloon tie up is under progress. Since its a part of future group so just for name sake we are flashing pantaloon. They are a fake company and just cheating indian customers.Read More

You are right . Same issue happened with me. Collar colour faded in the first wash itself. I am wondering whether I will get the refund or not as I have used the shirt for the first time after 2 months of purchase :(

Folks, please dont believe the comments of Food fanatic..He is no one but Ameya thorat himself who doesnt have customer centricity attitude towards customers. He speaks like Goonda to the customer if you voice your opinion or request. Also, this guy doesnt even accepts his staff mistakes..

Kotak card is just cheating customers , especially service professionals. they are pressurizing customer to make purchase of more than Rs. 5000 every month to avail benefit. Just to correct, I have Getz 1.1 GVS. Max average on Highway or city remains the same with AC on and that is 12 kmpl. 17 and 14 are too high expectation. Since Engine is same as of Santro and weight is more than Santro, obviously mileage is going to fall
