Exactly, I had the same experience with them in 2012. They had given excellent hotels in Munnar and Thekkady. But in Alleppey, which was supposed to be best part of trip due to house-boat experience, they had given a houseboat, which was probably going to scrap yard. Everything was broken and dirty.... It spoiled our honeymoon mood so much, even complaining with the operator, didn't help. Also, the choice at Kovalam was also very poor. Think twice before going with these guys.Read More
