You should try out www.uread.com for buying books. I ordered three titles today and the customer care is very good. Even the discounts, are much better than other book sites I've seen.

Not that I faced a problem as grave as you did, but you should try out uRead.com (www.uread.com) in case you're shopping online for books. They have as big a collection of books. In most cases, the discounts are better and if not, they're the same as Flipkart. But more than that the customer care on... Twitter (http://twitter.com/ureadshop) is very re-assuring. I'm usually confused about what books to buy, but they recommend some really good books over Twitter itself, if you're want their recommendations.Read More
