I bought it a few months ago and am not happy with it. Especially the after sales support is PATHETIC; their toll free number doesn't exist and after emailing them, they respond very late and don't have solutions to the problem. Bluetooth sync with laptop doesn't work Mobile hangs Very slow even ...when dialing numbers Bluetooth between handset & ear piece is very bad.. if u have the bluetooth hand free connected & you answer a call by pressing the phone button, it answers it on the phone.. nokia did a good job with this. You can't play music through your bluetooth handfree Bluetooth connectivity between other handsets & laptops is very troublesome.. any nokia rocks in this field If the network signal is low in a particular area, HTC doesn't show even the operator.. nokia shows atleast 1 stick on the signal. Battery life is bad Phone heats up quite a bit after a half an hour conversation GPS using google maps is good Restart required every day, else will become really slow Camera is the worst of its kind Outlook is good Contact sync is very cumbersome... if you remove email exchange settings, ALL contact are lost.. unlike nokia, PC Suite ROCKS.. Can't run more than one application, eg. if your on a call, you can't go to sms's or contact easily... its very very slow... over all... if you've been using a Nokia, just continue to buy a better version and use.. don't make the mistake I did.Read More
