My first (and last) experience with Northwest Airlines was when we went to Florida, there was a delay there and back by 6 hours per flight approximately !! When I complained we were given an envelope on the flight it was free telephone card - free telephone card what an insult, apparently this was ...to let your friends/relations know you were going to be late arriving, how thoughtful of them, but where was there a phone on the plane to use?? Your readers state one should complain to customer services, I have a letters unanswered and I think I would be better off banging my head against a brick wall.
