Mate when ever u face issue (other than theft) with ICICI credit card, drop an e mail to the customer.care@icicibank.com and CC to headservicequality@icicibank.com. within 48 hrs issues get resolved. even if not resolved proper action is taken. Try it , it works .............

Hi Mate , Incident Co-Ordinator, as far as my knowledge is concerned is a type of senior service desk role. You would have to make sure that the incidents are properly created and assigned to the concerned team. You would have to do the quality checking aswell. I have been member of ICICI credit card since June, 2008. I have paid my every bill regularly, normaly on the last or the first day of the month. But issue occured last month. When i tried to pay my bills online (thats the way i pay your bank, feel free to varify it if required ) I could not as the site was down for maintanence activities(31st july 2010). I even tried next day 1st Aug 2010, but the site was down throughout the day. I had to travel that day to kolkata so I could not check whether the site was up or not later in the evening. As I had a very hectic schedule @ kolkata, I finally paid my bill of Rs 8901.00 on 5th Aug 2010. But today when i checked my account I found that on 9th August 2010 i have been charged rs 441.00 as late fee. Sir/Madam, I have been a loyal and legitimate customer of the bank, and i agree that i got late this time to pay my bills on time, however I believe that I am not entirely responsible for the issue. Had the site been up i would not have been a defaulter. But being from IT background I do understand the issue that occurs during maintenance activities.
