leakage problem is there they rectify but with delay. What the facts given is true, but i am living here and managing with maintenance guys, they respond, will come back once they rectify my leakage issue.

All the problems are fixed as and when they are raised. I like the campus and location away from metro chaos. There was some leakage issue which was fixed promptly.
