I bought washing machine. A sales executive told me that I will get 5% discount in washing machine, the washing machine actual cost was 15, 665.50. I became agree for this. I had worst experience with Croma, they cheated me more than 2000 rupees. Once I call customer care around 8-9 times they always say that come one from Croma will call me back, they never calls me, and also when I send mail to Croma customer care they stopped responding.
