I have requested her to forward her message to my current doctor so that current doctor can take the discussions forwar...d with Nobel. 28th July 2016: The doctor who is attending to me upon her enquiry with Nobel Bio care informs that there was no communication to Nobel Bio. Neither the current doctor nor Nobel Bio care has recieved the email communication from Dr.Ramya on her email communication for exchange of components. Tried to reach her on phone. After the initial search for the Super Top Ups, I have the following observations about L&T Medisure Super Top and the Firm: Pros: Definitely very generous and cost effective premium in general. Well promoted by some of the leading brokers who are truly professionals and unbiased in thei...r approaches Cons Customer service department seems to be completely disappointing. For they are absolutely clueless about the features, premium, concept of professionalism, basic responsive rates. CS department seems to be more of a call center aimed to 'book' a taxi and rattle out all the required fields of information than to even listen to the customer call and understand the requirement. Its so pathetic that they dont even acknowledge or pull up my records even after explicitly affirming that I need clarification on my product than a product per se. Wordings of Policy: to be unambiguous. Ex: Concept of 'addition' of another family member in one's individual policy is a million dollar term that begs an interpretation and clarification from the Firm. While Family Floater is allowed; none of the illustrations or the current practice of the brokers that peddle this policy is aware of this term. They normally push you to take multiple policies where as the Policy permits one to take a Family Floater that can contain your parents, siblings, grand parents and even in laws. Unfortunately neither the CS department nor the brokers are able to provide accurate interpretation of Family floater feature and how to avail of the same. Crafty Wordings Policy permits a family (consisting of grand parents, parents, in laws etc). But the entry age for adult is 18-65. Does it mean that entry age is only applicable for the initial policy proposer or does it equally applicable for Family members as additions as well? Based on the experience of Infection of the TKR Surgery at this Hospital, I would suggest you to check out the following: - What is the policy of the Hospital( irrespective of the surgeon), on Infected Cases? - Would the Hospital provide the FREE surgery which would cost another Rs.270,000 or so p...lus the physio and another intermediate surgery for such infected cases, totalling to Rs.380,000. - If they were to inform that they would ' do the surgery free' means, what does it mean? Are they providing the surgeon's fee of about Rs.20-30K( which is loaded at their discretion) or the entire new surgery plus intermediate procedure related expenses plus physio therapy costs of the consumer? - Atleast would they bear half the total expenses for the second surgery? - What is the maximum discount that they would provide? - Please get everything in writing, everytime you discuss on the pricing details. They tend to forget, conveniently on the committed pricing. - Do check out what is the next TKR charges going to be? This is an extension to the earlier review. I am not sure how to avoid the issue of Mouthshut's feature that will not allow any additional review except a modification to the original one. But this topic is different. How to enhance the Credit Rating from CIBIL?( or for that matter any other credi...t information aggregators: Experion etc) 1. Payup all the legit dues to the banks without any hassles 2. Ensure proactively that any disputed information is reddressed amicably by negotiating with the banker 3. Ensure that you do check your CIBIL reports on your own and take very proactive steps to remove any errors or reddress any issues if any 4. On the card payments, ensure that you retain always the Oldest Credit Card and if you wish to close, do so only the recently purchased credit card 5. On the other hand, if you need any additional credit, go for the enhanced credit limit on the existing card 6. Have an array of loan applications ( only depending on your need please), and start building the credit history by paying up the dues in time 7. In case your savings account and credit card account are linked, ensure that you take the responsibility to have the savings account duly debited with your card dues; do not assume that the bank would automatically do it or even if the consolidated statement ' shows' that its deducted, bank would always say that it is only for the representative net worthiness of the customer account but not the actual debit. If you have assumed its debited, and bank disputes then you are in deep trouble except to pay up the interest costs for the delay. 8. Note that no bank would entertain you if there is any delay in the payments; till then you are classified as Platinum customer or Gold account and all the useless gradations 9. Unmindful of the quality of information it continue to report disputed information, errors and there is absolutely no oversight or governance on the banks by CIBIL or atleast nudging the banks to provide er...ror free, accurate, reliable, correct information and that is dispute free by the consumer.
