thanks on sharing some 'feel good' moments. this one is indeed a nice piece of information that most will like to have implemented in theirs. BTW, are product reviews only for airing our dissatisfaction? disgruntled customers sure find product reviews like Mouth Shut's a big way of mitigating thei...r anguish / sense of having been cheated or sorts. But when I did consult MS reviews on Washing machines, the net message conveyed to me was something like 'all WM are bad and all companies take their customers for a solid ride, market leadership etc are all a big hogwash.. etcetc. But word of mouth reviews did reveal a lots of satisfied customers ready to vouch for their choice of brands. what it could mean is ..let us not render the MS reviews an outlet of frustration stemming out of poor product experience alone. Satisfied users of India, pl take some time to share your 'feel good factor' of any of your product experience with the general public. These days many make it a habit (I do it for sure) to browse thru product reviews before making a purchase decision. Administrators of MS, pl do something to woo the satisfied customers (nay, not those marketing professionals trying to boost the image of their product; though one can make it out from the first few lines of reading) to share their experience. It may be easier said, perhaps MS should think of some smartly-compiled survey questions that brings out the general feedback.Read More
