Some updates after 4000kms, 2nd service, 6 months. Going good till now, hasn't given me any trouble till now. On good roads you have to keep watchfull to keep it under 100kmph, doesn't feel that it is at 100. I am very conservative driver, hasn't taken it over 105-110kmph. Mileage has been satisf...actory and much better than my expectations. 1. Mileage -- (I maintain a spreadsheet for this :-) Maximum mileage attained -- 17 kmpl on highway Minimum mileage -- 12.5kmpl, city home-office-home, bangalore traffic Average till now -- 14.76 kmpl, till now it has been around 60% city 40% highway run. 2. Maximum distance in a day - 650kms, more than 12 hr of driving in a day, around 100kms on very bad roads. I did the whole driving and wasn't in bad comdition after driving, so it can be driven for long times comfortably. Dead paddle near clutch helps a lot on long drives.Read More

My recommendation would be -- you should buy UVA, if 'looks' department is high priority for you and your driving is going to be mostly in city because UVA will feel sluggish on highway. And yes Getz and UVA both will have less resale value(compared to Swift), so if you are planning to sell car wi...thin 2-3 years, think again before buying any of these. And Getz will most probably be stopped within next year, so it's resale value will reduce further.Read More

Hi amitabh, I haven't test driven new UVA and I don't know how much different it is than earlier UVA, as per technical spec there is no difference mechanically (length, width, weight or engine), so only cosmetic differences if any. Since I haven't test driven it so my opinion is based upon feedbac...k from 2 friends who have UVA + reading reviews of it. 1. Looks -- very good looking car as per me, best in the segment, much better than Getz. 2. Performance -- it is heavier(40-50 Kg) than Getz but have smaller and less powerfull(76bhp vs 83bhp) engine. Getz is better in driving pleasure. 3. Space -- UVA has slightly more length(~5cm) and width(0.5cm) than Getz, but it's height is less and ground clearance is more, that makes it's vertical cabin dimension(height - ground clearance) approx 5cm less than Getz. So all in all seating space inside is similar. But to make suffcient seating space boot space is compromised (220ltr compared to 290 ltr of Getz), even smaller than Santro!!Read More

Hi Jai, congrats for the car. All tubeless tyres have tubeless written. Have a look at the side of the tyre it will have 165/70R14 (if that is the tyre size) written and also 'tubeless' if it is tubeless tyre.

Nice review. but I have a question '3)better space than any other car in same segment(cannot compare with i20 because of its large price)' -- Are you sure of this/ Have you compared Indica Vista or Getz with this? I know Ritz is spacious than swift. But swift was most cramped car in the segment(...compared to UVA, Getz and Vista).Read More

Much better review than your earlier ones. But according to honda it has 77% localisation(77% cost of parts manufactured in INDIA), so there isn't much cost of imports. Honda is trying to cash the premium for brand value.

Honest review. BTW santro's kerb weight is 855kg, getz 1.1 GLE weighs 995kg and 1.3GVS weighs 1033kg, so getz 1.1 is approx. 140kg heavier than santro(not 217kg as mentioned by you in review)

Please bear with me for bad formatting of the review at many points. tried a lot to correct but at many places unable to put a new line. As soon as I put a new line for different points MS undo the changes :-(

Initial driving experience -- I have done ~500 KMs yet. I am following all the instructions for run-in period. Very smooth to drive. Filtted rear spoiler from outside(dealers gives accessories very costly, unless you have bargained at the time of initial negotiations). Also changed tyres to brdgesto...ne tubeles tyres, didn't change the size as felt 175/70R13 to be sufficent. Car feels very good and smooth to drive and manages potholes very easily. The car feels slow, what I mean that when running at 60-65 it feels like running at 40, so doesn't give the impression of accelerating quickly. The stock headlights felt inadequate in rain, will change them either to same wattage 60/55 better bulb or 100/90 bulb(which requires a relay also)Have not yet measured mileage tankful to tankful but assuming that dealers give 5L of petrol free(as they say) and low fuel warning light at 5L, I got around 11kmpl of mileage(all city driving) with around 50% of AC on, which is decent in my view. Hopefully this will increase after 1st/2nd service.Read More

Delivery -- Got the delivery of vehicle on 15th May. There was a minor issue with rear right door not fitting perfectly, after closing the door there was a difference of 2-3 mm in door and body levels. it was just 5 minutes job but still the delivery guy was trying to convince me that it is fine.... After insisting got fixed in 5 minutes. Lets see Advaith A.S.S. guys are as helpful as sales guys or similar(not so good) mannered as the delivery guys.Read More

I didn't ask you to have a look at my reviews, I don't consider them good. You should've had a look at reviews of some superstars of MS, ROTD or some which are rated as Very Useful. And please try to understand the difference between a Bad review and Bad product. Don't take it personally.

Not a review. Please have a look at some reviews before writing something that can be classified as review. This was supposed to be a review of i10, right? where is the info about performance, Space Inside,Dealer Satisfaction,Fuel Consumption,Comfort,,Reliability,Looks of i10 ?? This is a forum ...for knowledge sharing, to help others get some info about something what you know about a product. BTW I don't own i10, and also not a fan of it :-)Read More

I am first to comment on this review. Neither I have seen the movie and nor willing to go. But I still feel that this will not be a flop. Now Mithun da's market has shifted to Our Sunny paji's side. You know there are some ardent fan of Sunny, they are Body builders. All the days they remain in g...ym and whenever Sunny's any new movie is released, they go and see 'First day First Show' and head again back to gym. AtulRead More

Hi sakshi, One more review with 'Goonda Mawali' thing. I hope when your karate course is over, hospitals will be facing crisis, of not being able to accomodate so many patients(goonda mawalis). Just kidding, One more Leo'ish review. Atul

Hi chandni, I guess it's your 3rd such review where you have written from a girl's perspective(looks), without going into 'technical details'. The other two were about bikes. again a good review (if you just go for looks), but personally I don't like Ajit Agarkar as one of the five. Even Bhajji i...s better than agarkar (at least Bhajji smiles and makes others too). AtulRead More
