Even i faced the same with Jaipan blender(Jaipan Lassi MakerOrder #1387691) one of the mincer blade is missing in the package . I didnt use it ..I started using a week before then i found the one blade is missing.I informed the same to customer care thru email.their response was late & they started ...telling that they can send me the only blade. Instead of sending that particular blade customer care guy says that he cant send tat and its too late.
