I don't think u are interested in resolving. The seller is selling pirated stuff, he is still at large. You expect me to spent more in terms of shipping that stupid DVD which cost 10 bucks? If you had been proper u should have refunded me and banned the seller.

Thanks Godwin, at first I was impressed by the looks of this car. Had the urge to buy it. Two things put me off:
1. The seating is just 5.
2. I doubt whether this car has a good speed. On NICE road, my swift can overtake this car easily.

You know what, I also felt the same thing. At slower speed Ritz and Swift are very similar, at high speeds esp at bends the tall boy is not easy to drive as Swift.
The dealer did the same to me, but the price difference was less than 3K, so I still opted for Swift. And the gearbox in Ritz hurts m...y leg during long drives. People who own Ritz have a biased feeling that they bought the better car, but the sales figure/pricing shows the truth and shows which is the better vehicle.

Glad you liked it, my friend bought a Ritz and I bought a Swift. He was a short guy, he found that Ritz offered him more visibility than Swift, both while reversing and the windshield. But IMO the driving comfort is more in Swift than in Ritz for me, and the dashboard gear control keeps hitting the ...leg in Ritz if you are a tall guy. Now I think the price difference is huge, but when I bought the difference was 3K. Anyways, Enjoy the car.Read More

Rajeev, I did the same mistake last June. My BSNL stopped working for over a month, and they did'nt do anything to fix it. I was about to go to US for a short term, so I choose Tikona. I also felt the same now, earlier when I used to order at the time they had launched in Dec 2011, the product quality was excellent and they gave a 10% off, now the quality is also bad(Lot of products are near expiry) and no offers. Not worth buying

I went through the same 'SnapDeal procurement process', I think they buy the items only after we order :-). Only difference is I choose to pay on CoD against u paid upfront. eCommerce in India can never develop untill such companies are existing.
