Well my intention was purely to help fellow buyers & i posted after having several transactions with them not single one. It might be possible that in my case the sellers were good one so i never required the help of ebay to resolve any issue whatsoever. Since they are a market place that does not m...ean that they can leave it on sellers, they are equally responsible in case of bad seller and even more responsible since customer knows ebay & buys from them. Its their duty to ensure that sellers behave and respond properly & stay fair with all the transactions. U r not the only one to suffer their lack of sense for deadline or commitment. They do this all the time. for instance i too purchased an led tv & home theater sound system from them. There was some problem so i registered a complain abt that & they told me that their engineer will visit my home wi...th in 3 days, but here is the catch, how do they calculate 3 days is a mystery 'cause they took over a week to make their engineer to call me and 4 days more after the call to come over. so after such a long time when i received call from their engineer i was about to leave my home for some work & look what he said to me -'sir since its too many days since your complain is pending so i m under pressure to close this complain, so i will close it from my end & visit to your home later. How smart r their workers ? u wait without any specific date & if u r busy they will close the complain. i must admit they r self proclaimed smartest people on earth. doesn't matter how late they come they will manage to protect themselves.Read More

Sue them. They will have to pay for that. I think something is wrong, your case is most unlikely until unless they r planning to collect money via this online scam and run away. And it seems like they are up for this. I've given them 2 more days to respond after which i m gonna sue them.
