You are not only unlucky with snapdeal. There is a long list of customers with even worse experience. I have an order since 21st and have been receiving many 24-48 hour revert assurance. Also it has a pre-written paragraph as corporate response. If you have not mentioned the order id snapdeal ...will ask for it and if you have already given your order id it will ask for 24-48 hours time which will never come. Your review may not be visible after it goes off the home page. I had seen with many reviewers including mine. Mouthshut helps this noble cause of not allowing negative reviews posted sequentially if it is against SNAPDEAL. Read More

I can empathise with you. I also have the same issue since 21st October and it says order is packed and waiting for the courier pickup. For all my mails a standard response with 24-48 hour timeline which never happened. They are happy with Japanese (Soft Bank Funding) and they don't care about y...ou or me. Mouthshut might also be earning a good money by not allowing the negative reviews posted chronologically. As an exception I could see a negative rating review on Snapdeal finds a place. I had seen atleast 6 such reviews excluding mine (since 1st November) not to find a place in Snapdeal page. It is a wrong place to report the problem. Read More
