Stay away from this people! Just STAY AWAY if you plan to buy.
Reasons (I have two houses here)
1. No rental arrangements made by them as promised after 4 months of handing over (They assured the they have so many Nissan employees waiting to occupy while starting the building)
2. They coll...ect 99% of payments + interiors + Extras + interests (with an unfair %) and handover 6-8 months delay (as someone says they are good in collecting money - expect cal center girls chasing you from the next day you received their due letter in midst of your business meetings)
3. No proper handing over (you have to beg them for everything)
4. No one responsible to answer you
5. Totally unprofessional and unethical management.
6. Property appraisal is yet t be seen - will take loooong time to see any profits.
Recently every owners should have received an email from the GM stating their incapability of completion in time and handling over with 6 to 12 month delay.
