I think u shud make some efforts to teach BSNL a lesson...i m very much aware about this organisation...sometimes i feel they shud b punished harshly...u can file complaint at www.core.nic.in...this is a consumer court site..it is genuine..as i have tried it against HDFC Bank...so go on...
