I have finally dumped the machine and bought a Samsung one. All I can say is that I have been using for 4 months now and the product is far superior than Whirlpool's

I had a same problem with the Q7 phone that I bought. It seems Q7 mother board problem is very well known. Micromax has discontinued this phone finally. Their after sales service is pathetic.
