I've flown with Air Deccan only once...and it was an okayish sort of experience. The flight was smooth. The usual. The cabin crew was okay. I was trying out a budget airline for the first time coz I had to travel to ...Mumbai at very short notice and getting tickets for a full-cost airline at last moment was very expensive. So I decided to try a budget airline. AD had convenient timings. So I chose it. I had a heard a lot about them from a lot of people ....so I wasn't really very surprised either when I saw food items being sold on board. But I flew it after KF bought stakes in it. So maybe that's why the quality had improved. Overall....considering that its a budget airline and therefore the tickets also cost less, I found it to be satisfactory.Read More

Hey....that was a very well written review. Enjoyed reading it. Rock On is a very well made film....the acting is excellent....and so is the direction. I liked it too....

Thanks....I basically wrote this out of frustration. Don’t get the kind of style of clothes I want, these days.
Of course, the question - answer session has to be there.
1. I don’t think there’s anything like ’gracefully revealing’ clothes. If they’re graceful, they’re probably ...not revealing. Whatever skin they show is not revelation.
2. Not at all.
3. The kind that are parallel/slightly loose/have flares.
4. Tough question. Lots of things. Some can be consciously observed....other things you can’t pin-point but somehow thats the impression you get.
5. You might be stuck in a building and suddenly there is a quake or fire and you want to run but you can’t be fast enough because your incredibly tight jeans is restricting your movements. In such circumstances, tight jeans can be life threatening.
6. Its a relatively new species - the roots of which are difficult to trace. Growing very rapidly. Highly infectious. Zoological nomenclature.....er.....wannabuss celebritus.
7. Its like when you’re overweight but if somebody tells you that, you can take the chance of denying it.

I just saw this movie sometime back. It is really good. All the actors - whether in a small or big role are good. And it's well directed. I haven't read the book. So can't compare. But the movie was really good.
And this was a nice detailed review.

I've never read any of his books or seen the movies....but from what you've written, it seems I've been mising something. Your review is really well-written....I got to know quite a few things about Satyajit Ray from it. I think I'll try finding the books first....prefer those to movies. But ...then, from your review it seems that his movies are something that cannot entirely be missed. So will try to find some of those too.

VU! Glad you didn't fall prey to the trick...I can imagine what it would've been like driving without A/c in the heat for so long.
I remember how I once walked out of a multiplex at about 10.30 in the night after a movie and realized that my car was dead. It wouldn't start...turning the k...ey in the ignition didn't do ANYTHING. It was just dead. All my friends had already left for home and unlike Mumbai, here things start to get deserted at 10 - 10.30. Fortunately, I saw one of my friends taking her car out of the parking lot and stopped her. We went to the nearest Maruti Service Station....and got their mechanics. I told them that I believed the problem was with the fuse but they ignored me and did something inside the bonnet and got my car working somehow - but without headlights, horn or power steering. So at night, I drove home on the highway without lights and with a steering wheel that felt very heavy. The mechanics told me to keep the car on for at least 45 mins to 'recharge the battery' as that was where the problem lied. Then everything would start working. I parked my car but left it on. After burning 45 mins of petrol...and the watchman rushing to my house to inform me ki 'Madam....gaadi chaloo reh gayi hai', nothing happened. Next morning, I went to the Service Station and they told me the problem was with the fuse. They changed it and the car was working.

1. I have to check, but its definitely more than 50. I'll give you a chocolate. Btw, do they have any limit that you have to maintain a certain minimum balance on points in your account (like in bank accounts)?
2. Because....its easy to catch.
3.... Hm....I think, they're the same. Common characteristics are 1) Cute 2) cute 3) cute 4) cute 5)intelligent . But a stud is someone who satisfies all the 5 characteristics mentioned above BUT he is not aware of the fact which makes it even cuter. But a dude is aware that he is 1,2,3,4, and 5, so he has a bit of an attitude...which makes him secondary to the stud. ...I think. What do you say?
4. I pulled out a measure tape from my pocket and told him to freeze. Then I took the measurements.

I hate bimbos. They're soooo ewwwww. But they're also the most fun to observe. They walk in with their trademark 'Hi....what's up?'...but the minute, the...y have to say something further than that (which requires the use of intellectual faculties), you get a 'dose'....
