I'm glad I got out of Adarsh T4. After a year of waiting on my 4 L booking deposit and after scores of phone calls, emails and a couple of onsite visits they finally returned my money!

I had booked a yr back in Tower 4 and I've paid them 4 Lacs for the booking amount (and thankfully not any more although they've demanded 25% immediate release)! Now they have voided the previous allotment letter after having increased the sq ft area of my apartment all of a sudden. They are demand...ing more money and have sent out a new allotment letter with revised service tax as well! They have claimed that foundation work has started for Tower 4. Any idea on what's going on with Tower4??Read More

Now they are asking for more money after having increased the sq ft area of my apartment. So they have voided the previous allotment letter and my money is sitting with them!

Hi I have booked a unit in tower 4 (now Block A - Bougenvilla-block 1).Fancy names apart, they have given me an allotment letter after paying 4 Lacs. After 6 months there is no news about the project. They keep telling me that they have got all approvals and ask me to make the remainder payment.
