I wrote on facebook: Order was placed on Tue, Sep 4, 2012 at 10:13 AM and I requested for cancellation immediately in 15 minutes at 10:35 AM. Items were shipped on 6th. -------------------------------- See their reply: we respond to all emails within 24 hours- sorry if we missed yours. The prod...ucts must have shipped before we got your email (it takes 6-24 hours for shipping status to be updated) ------------------------------- My reply: I wrote the following to support@shopclues.com within 15 minutes of placing the order. Kindly cancel the following orders as I placed them twice: Cancel the following 1) 1505845 2) 1505846 3) 1505847 -------- For this: there is no reply from them ------------------------------------------ This is a definition of worst service: Can anyone imagine within 15 minutes of placing the order it is shipped.
