Non-Delivery Of Item Even After 55 Days

Deja Vu customer support No 445565 for SUPPLY OF CANON E 510 PRINTER ORDERED VIDE ORDER NO. 100016442 AND INVOICE NO. 100005378 dated 10 March 2014. Refer my earlier complaints on the subject. My order for CANON E510 printer is still pending , even though 6 weeks have elapsed since the order date.... Their commitment was to deliver the item within 4 to 5 days. The customer service department and the sales support departments do not attend to phone calls. To all my email complaints, the standard reply is 'your request is noted' and no further action after that. I think these people who are out to cheat the gullible customers by placing attractive advertisements for products with large discounts. The customer support and item delivery are very bad and I have been trying to get my product in vain since the last six weeks.
