I have a bad experience with Flipkart too. Bought Sheaffer fountain pen from Flipkart. Started malfunctioning from very beginning - the nib would not write! The pen was well within warranty and I Was asked to visit Shaeffer outlet at Select City Mall. When I went there, Shaeffer outlet guys said tha...t they would not recognise warranty for Flipkart purchase since defective items are sold on this portal. Shaeffer apparently does not provide support for items purchased from an online portal! Managed to get the matter resolved after a lot of fight and appeal to Shaeffer high officers. Flipkart has become reckless and does not care about customers. Even after selling faulty goods, they are highhanded and harrassive. They completely spoiled online shopping for me. Never shopped on Flipkart after that!!Read More
