I totally agree with you. I also had a similar experience with reliance people for getting my water purifier serviced from them. There was a problem with the filter, and it needed replacement. Now the biggest mistake was to go for reliance resq extended warranty for consumables replacement costing m...e 3000rs extra. These people are utter stupid, when it comes to service. Good question siju_mba. We'll be able to barge in 2 big sized bags, 2 handbag, or 3 medium sized bags and 2 handbags. Its not bad for a hatchback

Some of the points mentioned, doesn't make sense. Whats the need to drive in 5th gear under 60.. I have driven a swift, and i dont feel its much different from i20, at speeds closer to 90-100.

I believe that your car has some sort of problem. I have many of my friends using the 2012 model i20, and none of them have complained that they get 9 as their mileage. No way. Get your car checked from any hyundai servicing centers. Sorry mate. cant agree to this.

Hi Deepu, What you say is true. Now i believe that i20 is always compared to the swift flagship. This is purely my opinion. Just about 2 days back, my friend purchased swift Zdi for 8.5 lakh on road. i paid 9 for i20. For the extra 50,000rs this is what i noticed thats extra in i20. From the engi...ne specs, you get a 1.4ltr engine with 90bhp and 220Nm torque. feature perspective you get reverse sensor/camera/daylight sensing head lamps/rain sensing wipers, better car width, 6 gears, better boot space, all 4 tyres disc. What i mean to say here is that, When its expensive, they have also provided extra stuff.Read More
