I contacted a private company who repaired my fridge in two days.Samsung nearly a month later has still to contact me.Samsung after sales is really bad.

Order placed in december 2011 has still not been fulfilled.I was told that my order will be delivered by the 30th of March,now they tell me it will be delivered by the 20th of April. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS

update on my last review.Order placed in December is still to reach me.Is there any way customers can take this company to court.Are internet companies liable under the consumer protection act.Every customer who has been cheated must get together and close this fraud company down
