I purchased an Volyas 25 PY . The cooling was excellent. After 3 days due to faulty installation the gas leaked. The nightmare starts from here. After 7 days from reporting of complaint they refiled refrigarant. Cooling was not the same as before. I fully agree with your observations. I purchased a Voltas AC. While installation I notice the casual way in installing. They did not have any proper tool, vacuum pump and guages. The machine worked wonderfully for 3 days. 4th day from installation the gas leaked out.. Gas was recharged after 7 da...ys from making a service call.
