Mine experience with Myntra a was great one. I had received a pair of Adidas shoes. It took me wearing of few days to discover that the left shoe was smaller than the right one. I sent them photos of the shoes after I spoke with them. I called support again and then they asked me to send the shoe ba...ck, which they would send to Adidas, as it was a manufacturing defect, hard to detect . My amount+courier charges were refunded.
Then I ordered a new pair of FILA shoes and also a T-shirt with remaining amount. The shoes are great. Return experience with Myntra was great.Read More

Looks like Myntra is not efficiently able to handle the splurge of customers.
'SOLD OUT' looks good after I ordered couple of T-Shirts last Friday, which are still showing available at the site but actually were 'out-of-stock'. I got to know when I called and was asked to wait for 2-3 more days.

BTW, I still couldn’t stop myself form ordering a pair of shoes even after.
Please update your site about product availability with no delay. The hassle-free online shopping experience is something that makes you special. I had written a perfect 5/5 review couple of month ago titled ''Myntra has changed for good''. It’s unpleasant to see negative comments coming again merely for not updating your site about product availability. Please live up to your earned reputation. :-)
