Even to day they have not connected piped gas. They are trying to make profit out of maintenance. The accounts are not handed over to the association.

Olympia opaline is charging very high maintenance though they assured less maintenance at the time of booking flat.. Now overdues which are disputed,are debited our corpus account. They are not replying our emails. They try to arm twist

My cousin Late Dr.P.Sambasivarao HOD Dept.Of Chemistry Pondicherry University. died on 1-2-2012,hence the family could not proceed further for remitting the instalments.The project is Ayush-c-1004 Marg swanabhoomi about 10KM from Kalpakkam The matter was taken up with one of their executives who was... kind enough to look in to the matter for refund.
