100% agree!!! I bought a Eurekaforbes, Acquasure, Amrit Storage Water Purifier. When purchased they said we will be given 1 set of filters free, we have to sms to a number. I have to call them up from June 2011 to Sep 2011 for a filter i purchased year back. Still i get the same answer. Sorry... sir, this should have been resolved by now...we will get back in 24 hours...NEVER i have got a call from them... When we demand to talk to their supervisors, they are always busy. Only person to be busy on earth from 10AM to 4PM. Before or After that time they are not available. I now feel how other company services are good.
