Thank you dear rajmsv14 for sharing your experience as a warning for job-seekers. For the same reason I should share my experiences that are quite contrary to yours.
Sobha happens to be my third employer and I'm here for more than two years. I have had to work hard and work extra time to meet dead...lines; but those have been rare exceptions, not the norm. And I've seen this happening in every organization I worked earlier.
Politics, gangs and seniority challenges are also part of every workplace in varying intensity. I think you might have faced it in school and college as well. May be I was luckier than you, I have not faced any bad face of factionalism in our office.
Salary, performance appraisal and increments-I should confess that I've witnessed fair play as far as I know. Personally, I'm very much happy with the way compensation and other employee welfare activities are handled in our organization.
Working hours-as I mentioned above, there have been taxing times when the company struggled against deadlines and we as committed employees shared the extra workload. But I have nothing to complain on that side too.
Perhaps I'm lucky to be with a very good manager and leader. Perhaps you had to suffer because you happened to have a weak or not-so-good manager. Please tell us where you worked-which department, which location and when. This information will help Sobha to take corrective actions, and help readers to make wise choices based on credible information.

I had very bad experience with this guys. One month before I given the return request still I am keeping the product with me they are not sending anyone to pick up the product.
I send more than 15 emails to the customer care the only response is "Dear Ashly, Greetings from Fashionandyou.com!
